Lola Young on stage at the 2026 Grammy AwardsLola Young certainly kept the Grammys’ censors busy while celebrating her first ever win during this year’s awards show.On Sunday night, the British singer-songwriter beat fellow nominees Chappell Roan, Justin Bieber, Lady Gaga and Sabrina Carpenter to nab the Best Pop Solo Performance prize for her signature hit Messy.Taking to the stage during the live broadcast, Lola claimed at the beginning of her acceptance speech that she’d not actually prepared anything to say, quipping: “It’s Messy… do you know what I mean?”“I don’t know what to say!
